Effective Date: 7 July 2026
Last Updated: 8 August 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Cove maintain. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Wolfmark Studio Ltd, and they govern your use of the Cove maintain mobile application (the "App"), our website at covemaintain.com (the "Site"), and any related features, content, and services we provide (together, the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully before using Cove maintain. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to follow them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
We've tried to write these Terms in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@covemaintain.com and we'll explain it.
2. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

- Registered office: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE

You can reach us at any time at hello@covemaintain.com. If we need to contact you, we'll do so using the email address linked to your account or through a notification in the App.
3. Important Health Notice — Please Read First
Cove maintain is a wellbeing and self-management tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, clinical, nutritional, or professional healthcare advice.
Cove maintain is designed to help you stay organised and supported as you move into weight maintenance after GLP-1 medication. It offers structure, reminders, tracking, and general information and encouragement. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor, pharmacist, or another qualified healthcare professional.
By using Cove maintain you understand and agree that:
- Any information, insights, estimates, ranges, targets, or suggestions the App provides (including estimates of when a medication may clear your system, "comfort zones", or wellbeing scores) are general in nature and for informational purposes only. They are based on the information you enter and on general assumptions, and they may not be accurate or appropriate for your individual circumstances.
- You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision about your medication, diet, exercise, or health, and before starting, stopping, or changing any GLP-1 medication or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read or seen in Cove maintain.
- Cove maintain does not provide emergency services. If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, or you are worried about your physical or mental health, contact your doctor, call the emergency services (999 in the UK), or contact NHS 111.
- You are responsible for the choices you make about your own health. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any decision you make, or action you take or don't take, in reliance on the Service.
If you do not agree with this health notice, please do not use Cove maintain.
4. Eligibility and Who Can Use Cove maintain
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Cove maintain. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Cove maintain is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals managing their own weight maintenance. You must not use Cove maintain on behalf of anyone else, or enter another person's health information into the App without their knowledge and consent.
We may make the Service available only in certain countries. Cove maintain is operated from the United Kingdom, and we do not represent that the Service is appropriate or available for use in every location.
5. Your Account
To use Cove maintain you create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account and your device secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when setting up and using Cove maintain, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your device and Apple ID secure, and let us know promptly at hello@covemaintain.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- Not share your account with anyone else or let anyone else use it.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, or where we reasonably need to in order to protect the Service, other users, or ourselves (see Section 16, Suspension and Termination).
You can delete your data or delete your account at any time from the App's Profile settings. Deleting the App from your device does not automatically delete your account or the data stored in your account.
6. Your Licence to Use Cove maintain
In return for you agreeing to these Terms, and (where applicable) paying your subscription, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.
This is a licence, not a sale. We (and our licensors) keep all rights in the Service that are not expressly granted to you.
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except to the limited extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sub-license, or otherwise commercialise the Service.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Use the Service in any unlawful way, or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems or networks.
- Use any automated system (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Service, or introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful material.
- Use the Service to build a competing product, or to copy any of its features or content.
7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment
Some or all of Cove maintain's features require a paid subscription.
How subscriptions work
- Subscriptions to Cove maintain are sold and processed through the Apple App Store, and are billed to your Apple ID account. We do not collect or receive your full payment card details.
- The price, billing period (for example monthly or annual), and any introductory or free-trial offer will be shown to you in the App before you buy. By confirming the purchase, you agree to pay the price shown.
Auto-renewal
- Cove maintain subscriptions are auto-renewing. Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period, and your Apple ID is charged the then-current price for the next period.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in line with the Apple App Store rules.
Managing and cancelling
- You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings on your device (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.
- Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID settings.
Free trials and introductory offers
- We may offer a free trial or introductory offer from time to time. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial will automatically convert into a paid, auto-renewing subscription and your Apple ID will be charged. The terms of any offer will be shown to you before you sign up.
- If you have an unused portion of a free trial when you buy a subscription, any unused part is forfeited, where the Apple App Store rules require this.
Refunds
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple App Store's terms, not by us. If you would like a refund, you generally need to request it from Apple (for example via reportaproblem.apple.com). We do not control Apple's refund decisions.
- By making in-app purchases and/or subscribing, you consent to our sharing information about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple when resolving refund requests.
- Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer (see Section 14, Your Consumer Rights).
Price changes
- We may change subscription prices from time to time. Where required, Apple will notify you of a price change and, where the rules require it, ask for your consent before a renewal at the new price. Price changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.
8. Third-Party Services
Cove maintain relies on services provided by other companies to work. Your use of these services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. These include:
- Apple — for the App Store, Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases, and Apple Health.
- Apple Health — where you choose to connect it. Apple Health access is controlled by you through your device settings, and you can turn it off or revoke it at any time.
- Supabase — the secure cloud database where your account and the information you enter are stored.
- RevenueCat — which helps us manage subscription status.
- Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) — for non-health app analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostics.
How we handle your data through these services is explained in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, or for any loss you suffer as a result of a third-party service failing or changing.
9. Your Content and Data
Cove maintain lets you enter information such as your weight, medication details, check-ins, habits, notes, and other content ("Your Content").
- You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and use Your Content only as needed to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for Your Content, including making sure it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Because Cove maintain personalises your plan based on what you enter, inaccurate information may lead to less useful or inaccurate insights.
- We recommend you keep your own records of anything important to you. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that Your Content will never be lost or corrupted, so please don't rely on Cove maintain as your only record.
How we collect, use, store, and protect your personal and health data, and your rights over it, is explained in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the App, the Site, and all of their content, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, designs, software, and the "Cove maintain" name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Wolfmark Studio Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited licence in Section 6, these Terms do not give you any rights in the Service or its content. You must not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written permission.
11. Availability, Changes, and Updates
We want Cove maintain to work well, but we provide the Service on an "as available" basis.
- We may update, change, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the Service, including particular features, from time to time, for example to improve it, fix problems, or reflect changes in the law or in the services we rely on.
- We may release updates to the App, and some updates may be required for the App to keep working properly. The App is provided through the Apple App Store and updates are delivered through it.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Access may be affected by factors outside our control, such as your device, your internet connection, or third-party services.
We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major change or withdrawal that materially affects you, unless we need to act quickly (for example for security or legal reasons).
12. Use of Our Website
Our website at covemaintain.com (the "Site") is mainly an information, marketing, and support site. These Terms apply to your use of the Site as well as the App.
- The content on the Site is provided for general information only. As with the App, nothing on the Site is medical advice or a substitute for professional healthcare (see Section 3), and you should not rely on it as the basis for any health decision.
- We may change, update, or remove content on the Site at any time, and we do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available, accurate, complete, or up to date.
- You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Site, for example by knowingly introducing viruses or other harmful material, attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site or the servers it runs on, or otherwise interfering with the Site or anyone else's use of it.
- The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, for example to measure traffic and improve the Site. How we use cookies, and how we handle any information collected through the Site, is explained in our Privacy Policy (and our Cookie Policy, where we provide one separately).
- The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide those links for convenience only, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any website we link to.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service, to our third-party providers, or to the law.
If we make a significant change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms, by posting a notice in the App, or by emailing you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and may close your account.
14. Your Consumer Rights
As a consumer, you have legal rights that these Terms do not take away or limit. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK consumer protection law.
Among other things, digital content we supply must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If digital content we have supplied is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. For more information about your rights, contact your local Citizens Advice or Trading Standards office.
Where you buy a subscription through the Apple App Store, some rights (such as cancellation and refunds) are handled through Apple, as described in Section 7.
15. Disclaimers
Please also read the Health Notice in Section 3, which is an important part of these disclaimers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for the statutory rights described in Section 14:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not promise that the Service will meet your particular needs, that any insights, estimates, targets, or content will be accurate or complete, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, or health benefit from using Cove maintain. Your results depend on many factors that are personal to you and outside our control.
16. Suspension and Termination
You can stop using Cove maintain at any time. You can delete your data or your account from the App's Profile settings, and you can cancel any subscription through your Apple ID settings (see Section 7).
We may suspend, restrict, or end your access to the Service (in whole or in part), or close your account, if:
- You break these Terms, or use the Service in a way that is unlawful or that could harm the Service, us, or others; or
- We need to for legal, security, or technical reasons, or because we stop providing the Service.
Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll give you notice first. If we end your access because you have seriously broken these Terms, you may not be entitled to a refund. If we withdraw the Service entirely, we'll handle any subscription fairly and in line with your consumer rights and the Apple App Store rules.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including the Health Notice, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply after your use of the Service ends.
17. Our Liability to You
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. In particular, we do not exclude or limit our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to the paragraph above, and subject to your consumer rights in Section 14:
- We provide the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
- We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, meaning losses that were not an obvious consequence of the matter, and that neither you nor we could have contemplated when you started using the Service.
- We are not responsible for decisions you make about your health, medication, diet, or exercise in reliance on the Service. As explained in Section 3, Cove maintain is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by third-party services, by events outside our reasonable control, or by your failure to follow our reasonable instructions or to keep your device and account secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us (via Apple) for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £50.
18. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing the Service that is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, for example internet or network failures, failures of third-party services or infrastructure, power cuts, natural disasters, or government action. If such an event happens, we'll take reasonable steps to restore the Service as soon as we can.
19. Apple App Store — Additional Terms
Because you download Cove maintain from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply. In the event of any conflict between this section and the rest of these Terms, this section applies to the extent of the conflict, but only in relation to your use of the App obtained through the App Store.
- This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. These Terms are concluded between you and Wolfmark Studio Ltd only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Licence scope. The licence granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services / App Store Terms of Service.
- Maintenance and support. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support.
- Warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) you paid for the App. Any other claims relating to the App are our responsibility, not Apple's.
- Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection or privacy law.
- Intellectual property claims. If a third party claims that the App infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim, to the extent required by these Terms.
- Legal compliance. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party beneficiary. You agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
20. General
- Whole agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms shown to you when you buy a subscription, form the whole agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, and we'll tell you if this happens. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our written permission.
- If a court finds part of these Terms unlawful, the rest will continue to apply. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately.
- Delay in enforcing. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or delay in taking steps against you, that does not mean you do not have to do those things, or prevent us from taking steps against you later.
- No third-party rights, except as set out for Apple in Section 19. No one other than you and us (and Apple, where stated) has any right to enforce these Terms.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales.
You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction to settle any dispute. However, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country's courts, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
22. Complaints and Contact
If you have a problem, a question, or a complaint about the Service, please contact us first at hello@covemaintain.com, we'll do our best to put things right.
For questions about how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy. If you are in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk about how your personal data is handled.
Thank you for using Cove maintain.
